Shipping policy

We've tried to keep the delivery cost as simple as possible. We charge a flat $10 for standard delivery orders under $99, and will send your standard delivery order out for free if you spend over $99 in one transaction.

Packages from local warehouse can be delivered within 3 to 8 days at the earliest.

Will I get a tracking number?
Consignment tracking details will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse, after payment confirmation.

Off season
For customers in Victoria, approximately 3-8 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 5-10 working days;
For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 7-14 working days.


Peak season
For customers in Victoria, approximately 8 - 13 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 10 - 15 working days;
For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 12 - 19 working days.

Women's Clothing
Many items ( Women's Curve + Plus and many ) depends on the shipping method you choose. Order is estimated to arrive in 10-20 business days By standard shipping.

If you have not received your item long after the delivery time, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

Transit Issue/No Tracking update

The tracking number is provided to you once the package has been dispatched from warehouse. The tracking number will come live and show movements of the package only when it gets scanned by the courier company in the depot or parcel facility. Please note, in case the tracking is not showing up any updates after 48hours please contact us immediately so that we can reach out to the courier company and get it resolved to ensure you have a good customer satisfaction. 

Product undeliverables

A product can be undeliverables due to multiple factors, our team will contact you through email to resolve the matter. 

Returned

If a product has been return, it may be because of the following reasons, 

Invalid address: 

Please make sure the address provided by the customer is always correct. Melbournekart.com.au does not hold the responsibility for address validation at our end. If the product gets returned due to an invalid address then a re-delivery cost will incur. If the customer wants a refund, then a one-way shipping cost along with 15% service fees will be deducted.

Unsuccessful Delivery: 

By default, the packages will be dispatched with the status "Authorized to Leave (ATL)". However, this cannot be the case for every product or if the courier company delivery driver does not find a safe place to drop off the package. In such cases, the package will be taken back either to the post office or depot or a parcel collection centre of the carrier company after leaving the calling card in the mailbox. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking of the package and contact the courier company immediately if they have missed the delivery. A re-delivery cost will incur.
